HENRI BONG
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES IN ASIA, SIGFOX

Henri is the Director of Business Development and Sales in Asia of SIGFOX, the first global network dedicated to IoT. Prior to Sigfox, Henri has built a proven track record in exporting French Technologies in Asia for more than 10 years as a Senior Trade Adviser in the French Trade Commission in China and Singapore. He organized the first French Singapore Innovation Days in 2010. He also worked for Arkadin prior to NTT acquisition and has been hired many times as a freelance consultant for telco carriers such as Singtel for technology benchmarking. He is also an entrepreneur, he created Dipline Asia in 2011 which is still running today. His double culture and passion allow him to build a strong knowledge in Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial, Construction & Institutional key-players throughout the region, a perfect ecosystem for IoT.


JOSEF BRUNNER
CEO & FOUNDING INVESTOR, RELAYR

Josef Brunner has a successful track record of starting and growing companies, beginning at age 16 when he founded one of the first unified threat management systems. After selling the company to Azlan (now Techdata), Brunner remained to lead the business as head of security. In 2004, Brunner founded Bastille Networks, a company focused on proactive security prevention and monitoring, then sold its main assets to Integralis (now part of NTT Telecom) in 2007. His last startup, JouleX, was acquired by Cisco for 107m in cash in June 2013. Josef stayed there for two years and served as Chief Architect for IoT and Energy.  Through his venture company, AFT Ventures, Brunner is actively investing in young startups. Currently he is the CEO & Founding Investor of relayr, a leading IoT platform company backed by Kleiner Perkins.


SAN-CHENG (SIMON) CHANG
FORMER PREMIER, EXECUTIVE YUAN

San-Cheng (Simon) Chang was born in 1954. PhD in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. Simon was a professor in Civil Engineering at the National Taiwan University, Director of Planning & Evaluation at the National Science Council, Vice President at Acer e-Business Group, and more recently Regional Director of Hardware Operations at Google Inc. As the first Cabinet member with solid portfolio from the IT industry, Simon joined the government in 2012. And then in 2014, Simon was appointed the Minister of Science & Technology. Simon is responsible to continue the momentum of academic research, and foster the research results for practical applications. From 8th December 2014, Simon had served as Vice Premier of the Executive Yuan, and has been Premier of the Executive Yuan since 1st February 2016.


CHENG-FOO CHEN
SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER, HAITEC

Cheng-Foo Chen is a Senior General Manager at Hua-chuang Automobile Information Technical Center Co., Ltd.(HAITEC). He received his Ph.D. degree from UC Berkeley in 1985 and joined General Motors R&D Center and Engineering Groups in the following technical areas: Powertrain Control, Body Control, ABS, Integrated Chassis Control, Electronic Stability Control, etc. In 2007 he joined HAITEC, the R&D Branch of Taiwan’s only domestic automotive OEM. Currently he is leading the Advanced Engineering Division in the development of Vehicle Telematics/Infotainment Systems, Hybrid Vehicle Control, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, Engine Management Systems, Active Safety Systems and other advanced R&D activities


ALEX DIEHL
CEO, KKLD*

Alex Diehl is a German-born entrepreneur. After graduating from the Royal Academy of Music in London in 1999 he entered the field of digital media and e-commerce, working for various companies in Europe. In 2005 he founded KKLD*, which was acquired by WPP in 2012. In 2009 he co-founded Architizer in New York City. Alexander has been a Senior Advisor to BMW i Ventures in New York City since its launch in 2011 and is a partner at Joschka Fischer & Company


GREGOR A. ERKEL
BUSINESS STRATEGIST, CONSULTANT & INVESTOR

Gregor’s focus is on building new businesses. He studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne, worked as a strategic consultant, and built the first online shopping platform for international wholesaler Metro. At Sony in Europe, he was responsible for interactive services and started “Connect”, Sony’s Online Music Service, which he run in eight European countries. In 2006, Gregor became Vice President of New Business Development at Deutsche Telekom, key projects he initiated and run include Fussball.de, e-publishing services, and T-Systems’ Strategic Areas of Education. After leaving Deutsche Telekom more than a year ago, Gregor started his own company, be ventures, investing in innovative digital business and consulting for clients ranging from large corporations to start-ups


DR. CHRIS FANG MD
CHIEF ADVISOR, ACER HEALTHCARE

Dr. Chris Fang (方威凱) is the Chief Advisor for Acer Healthcare, which focuses on developing life changing medical technology. Previously a Managing Board Member and Worldwide Vice President at Johnson & Johnson Orthopedics, Dr. Fang’s career began at Idenix Pharmaceuticals where he led global clinical trials for Hepatitis B & C. He was later appointed as Medical Director at Mitsubishi Pharma before moving on to Medtronic. As the Head of Clinical Affairs, Christopher was responsible for coronary and peripheral vascular development and corporate ventures. Dr. Fang earned his MBA from the Wharton School, his Medical Degree from Cornell University Medical College, and his Masters from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. He was trained in general surgery at University of Massachusetts Medical School and Medical Informatics at Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology program.  Dr. Fang was awarded the Eisenhower Fellowship in 2011. He was Chairman of Monte Jade New England, Advisor for Global Health Corps and Harvard SEED Social Innovation Program. He recently founded MEDx LIVE@Taipei, an executive training program that prepares entrepreneurs to lead biomedical startups in Taiwan


STEVE HSU

Steve Hsu has over 19 years of experience in new business development, venture investment, intangible asset valuation and business incubation. Mr. Hsu used to work for several publicly listed and private companies as Senior Investment Consultant in Taiwan and Shanghai. He also co-founded the AboutMedia Technology Corporation as CEO. Since 2005, he has been working for ITRI and concentrating on new business development, as well as being in charge of the Open Lab, Incubation Center, and TechVenture Accelerator. He is also the Investment Promotion Consultant to Hsinchu County Government, the think tank of Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan, the Director of GlobalTic Association (Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Association) and the Director of Shanghai University of Finance and Economic’s Taiwan Alumni Association.

Nathan Kaiser is a founding partner of Eiger, an award-winning law firm with offices in Shanghai and Taipei. Nathan Kaiser has over 15 years of professional experience in the Greater China area, advising international clients in technology law, big data analysis, data privacy, and the legal framework surrounding IoT.  He serves on the board of companies in Greater China, as well as in his native Switzerland. Stefan is COO of ATS Advanced Telematic Systems, and as such responsible for the operational sales-, marketing- and product related activities within the company. Stefan started his career in 1995 and has extensive experience in both, corporate and  start-up environments. Throughout his career, Stefan was an early adopter by pushing new disruptive technologies into established industries. His geographical experience spans across Europe, Asia and Australia, with a focus on digital and device industries. His previous work experience includes several executive positions within the Bertelsmann Group, where he launched in 1998 the first e-commerce website in China. As an entrepreneur, Stefan co-founded eDongcity and Bach Technology, telecommunication and technology companies delivering services to end consumers, as well as Tier1s and OEMs.


POR LAI, PH.D.
ADJUNCT PROFESSOR, KAOHSIUNG MEDICAL UNIVERSITY; DEPUTY CEO, INSTITUTE FOR BIOTECHNOLOGY AND MEDICINE INDUSTRY

Dr. Lai, a scientist turned biomedical entrepreneur and investor, currently serves as the Chairman of Crux Health Technologies, a digital health operation, A-Spine Asia, a spine implants business, and two private investment funds. Por also sits on Boards of several public biopharmaceutical companies. He has co-founded a number of biomedical businesses in US and Taiwan including the Japanese Kirin Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. and the President Life Sciences. In the 1980s, in managerial capacities, Por played instrumental roles in developing rhEPO and rhG-CSF at Amgen, and monoclonal antibodies at Centocor. Successful commercialization of these biologics has revolutionized our ability to manage diseases in oncology, hematology and immunology fields.


YU-CHUAN (JACK) LI
DEAN, COLLEGE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, TAIPEI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY 

Professor Dr. Yu-Chuan (Jack) Li has been a pioneer of Medical Informatics research in Asia. He served as a Vice President of Taipei Medical University (TMU) (2009-2011) and currently, he has been the Dean of College of Medical science and Technology since 2011 and a professor of Graduate Institute of Biomedical Informatics since 1998. He became an elective fellow of American College of Medical Informatics (2010), Australian College of Health Informatics (2010) and also the President of Asia Pacific Association for Medical Informatics from 2006 to 2009. Currently, he is the Editor-in-Chief of two internationally renowned journals - Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine and International Journal for Quality in Health Care. His main areas of expertise are: Medical Decision Support Systems, Patient Safety Information Systems, and Medical Big Data Analytics.


MIKAEL LINDHOLM
HEAD ASIA PACIFIC, TELENOR CONNEXION

Mikael Lindholm is responsible for forming and heading Telenor Connexion’s APAC operations. In this role, Lindholm drives sales, business development, partner strategy and development, and go-to-market strategies throughout Asia Pacific. He is a founding member of Telenor Connexion and had the responsibility to develop and deploy the go-to-market strategy. With more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience, Mr. Lindholm has been immersed in the healthcare market—from managing global medical device accounts to assessing the IoT health market in specific countries. Mr. Lindholm has extensive experience from senior business development and sales positions in various geographical markets and industries. Before joining Telenor Connexion, he held a role as Project Director at Telenor Group, driving key global business development projects across the world. Prior to Telenor, his telecom experience comes from various senior commercial and strategic roles in global companies such as Vodafone Global Enterprise and Tieto.


TIMO LITTKE
CHIEF ANALYST, ATS ADVANCED TELEMATIC SYSTEMS GMBH

Timo Littke has actively contributed to the internet industry since the 90s. In addition to working on early online projects at corporations like IBM, Siemens and Telekom he has also found a home at internet start-ups like Aupeo, Scout Group and Webtrekk. During this time he also graduated in Business Administration.As Chief Analyst and founding member of ATS Advanced Telematic Systems he now develops and evaluates new business models and products for innovative telematics technologies and cloud services around the connected car. In this role he focuses on automotive over-the-air updates, V2X and V2I as well as the exchange with and contribution to international software alliances and the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA).


DR. CHRISTIAN LÜDTKE
CO-FOUNDER AND CEO, ETVENTURE GMBH

Dr. Christian Lüdtke's experience is in business development and investment. He was employed by the Bertelsmann Group for 10+ years and, among other things, brought the venture capital arm of BDMI into being. Most recently, he directed the $100 million dollar innovation fund of American publisher Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Together with Philipp Depiereux and Philipp Herrmann, he co-founded etventure, an innovation company that helps business leaders to define future-proof strategies and to effectively execute digital businesses. etventure's activities include corporate consulting, executing digital transformation projects with large enterprises, startup building, innovation projects with public partners such as the EU-commissioned accelerator EuropeanPioneers, and executive education offered by the Berlin School of Digital Business.


DR.-ING. ILJA RADUSCH
DIRECTOR BUSINESS UNIT ASCT, FRAUNHOFER INSTITUTE FOKUS

Dr. Ilja Radusch is head of the competence center for Automotive Services and Communication Technologies (ASCT) at the Fraunhofer-Institute FOKUS and the Daimler Center for Automotive Information Technology Innovations (DCAITI). He is actively working in the fields of Vehicle-2-X Communication, Field Operational Testing, Sensor and Ad-hoc Networks, and Mobile Services. His responsibilities include various projects for industry partners such as Daimler AG and Deutsche Telekom as well as national and international research projects (simTD, DRIVE C2X, FOT-Net). Ilja Radusch leads the project coordination of TEAM, which is co-funded by the EC. Furthermore, he is also giving several lecture courses at the Berlin Institute of Technology (TUB).


TOBIAS SCHIRMER
MANAGING PARTNER, JOIN CAPITAL

After graduating from the University of Exeter in 2003, Tobias started his career in the finance sector, working for Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in Europe. After his MBA from IE Business School in 2007, Tobias founded two startups before joining the Bertelsmann Entrepreneur Program in 2008. During this time Tobias worked for Random House in New York, Antena 3 in Madrid and BMG Rights Management in Berlin before joining Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments as Principal, where he made direct and fund investments across Europe.

DR. GERHARD SCHMIDT
FORMER CTO AND VICE PRESIDENT RESEARCH AND ADVANCED ENGINEERING, FORD MOTOR COMPANY

Dr. Gerhard Schmidt is an experienced technology officer and the former CTO and Vice President Research and Advanced Engineering at Ford Motor Company. Before his retirement, he led Ford's worldwide research organization in Michigan and Germany for 10 years, overseeing the planning, development and implementation of the company’s global technology objectives. He served (amongst other roles) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Automotive Fuel Cell Corporation, as the Chair of the Ford-MIT Alliance, in the Honorary Committee of the International Federation of Automotive Engineering Societies, in the University of Michigan Advisory Council and in the German American Chamber of Commerce. In 2007-8, he held Advisory Professorships at the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Chongqing University (China). Prior to Ford, Gerhard Schmidt spent 21 years at BMW AG, 10 years as senior Vice President Powertrain Development.


MAVERICK SHIH
PRESIDENT, BYOC AND SMART PRODUCTS BUSINESS, ACER INC.

Maverick Shih, president of Acer BYOC and Smart Products Business, takes a pivotal role in the company’s significant change in approach to the ICT industry and the Internet of Things. Under this BYOC vision, Acer is transforming into a hardware + software + services player that enables customers to seamlessly integrate their PC and mobile devices for accessing data anytime and anywhere. Shih’s role includes overseeing the developments of smart devices including smartphones and wearables. Shih joined Acer in 2011 as special assistant to the president of the Cloud Technology Business Group to oversee personal cloud services. A year later the business group launched its first private cloud service, and in 2013 announced the support across multiple devices and platforms on Windows, Android and iOS operating systems. The Cloud Technology Business Group was renamed as the BYOC Business Group in February 2014, and Shih was promoted as the group president. He was charged with leading the development of Acer apps for end users, building alliances with software and hardware developers to innovate on the Acer Open Platform, creating a BYOC ecosystem, and exploring new possibilities in the internet of things. Shih began his career as an engineer in 2002 at ALi Microelectronics Corp. in the U.S., during this time he was awarded with three technology patents related to multimedia signal processing technology. In 2004 he started his own company, MAVs Lab Inc., specializing in IC design and multimedia research and development. He then joined EgisTec in 2008 as vice chairman focusing on fingerprint sensor and security software. Born in 1973, Shih holds a B.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics at Taiwan’s Fu Jen Catholic University, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.


STAN SHIH
CO-FOUNDER AND HONORARY CHAIRMAN, ACER INC. / CHAIRMAN, STANS FOUNDATION 

Stan Shih is Co-founder and Honorary Chairman of the Acer Inc. Shih dedicated his efforts to promoting public interests after his initial retirement from Acer at the end of 2004. In recent years, he has been publicly speaking on the Wangdao ideology in relation to organizational sustainability in modern times, and hopes to engrain its principles into Acer to reshape the corporate culture. A social entrepreneur all his life, Shih serves as the Chairman of Stans Foundation and iD SoftCapital Group. He is a former chairman and current member of the Asia Business Council, and the member of the Asian Corporate Governance Association. In 2007, Shih was a member of Taiwan’s special envoy to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders’ Summit. In recognition of his long-term outstanding contributions, Shih received the Order of the Brilliant Star with Grand Cordon from the president of Taiwan (2011) and was honored as one of the ITRI Laureates in 2012. Shih has received numerous accolades. Time featured him in the article “60 years of Asian Heroes” for turning Taiwan into a PC-manufacturing powerhouse.


PADMANABHAN SRINIVASAN
CEO, EASY DESIGN SYSTEMS

Padmanabhan Srinivasan is the CEO of Easy Design Systems, founded in 2006, and has been working on key technology solutions in the customer support and service space to globally leading IT hardware provider. He is passionate, hands-on and has high affinity in exploring new technologies in mobility and cloud space. His product for retail mobile solutions that works on Acer BYOC using its Acer Open Platform (AOP) has won the best product in "Make In India" pavilion at CeBit 2015 and was part of the startup pitch at CeBit 2016 in Hannover. He has recently started a venture called Easy Design Solutions to focus on IoT in business and industrial products and has developed some key concepts in weighment data related and cloud enabled IoT printing adapters. He is a Product and Tool Designer by his academics and a honorary student of Central Institute of Tool Design, India.


I-YU WANG
ENGINEER OF THE IOT DEPARTMENT OF DATA COMMUNICATIONS BUSINESS GROUP, CHUNGHWA TELECOM CO., LTD. (CHT)

I-YU Wang is the engineer of the IOT Department of the Data Communication Business Group at Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. (CHT). The Data Communications Business Group is the ISP arm of Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan’s largest information and telecommunications service provider. I-Yu Wang is responsible for the product planning of IOT business services, including Smart Home and Building Automation.


DR. SIMON WANG
SENIOR DIRECTOR IOT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY LTD. (TSMC)

Dr. Simon Wang received his Ph.D. degree from Columbia University. He has 31+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. From 1983 to 1989, he worked at Intel Corporation on flash memory technology development. From 1990 till 2006, he worked for Macronix International Co. and held various positions, including Fab director, VP of operations, VP Business Development on Embedded Flash SoC / MCU, and VP Marketing and Sales Group. Dr. Simon Wang joined TSMC in 2006 and has been responsible for the business development of memory program, digital consumer and CMOS image sensor products. Currently, he is responsible for the business development related to the fast growing IoT market.


ANTHONY WEI
CEO, GAIUS AUTO

Anthony Wei is the founding CEO of Gaius Auto. Founded in Taiwan in 2010, Gaius Automotive is specialized in Intelligent Transport System and electrical vehicles based in Taichung and since January 2015 in Paris. The company has developed innovative technologies such as a 2,5-wheel utility electrical scooter, an autonomous vehicle in collaboration with Oxford University & Shell, and a car sharing program with Renault in response to Taipei U-Car tender, representing a range of promising technologies key to a successful EV ecosystem and future mobility. Anthony was educated in University of Toronto, specialized in developing innovative automotive technologies. During his earlier career he founded Hymotion, developed the first PHEV plug in hybrid electric vehicle system for Toyota Prius II. Gaius was the only company in Taiwan to win the worldwide French Tech Ticket award in 2015 for its innovative electrical scooter.


MISCHA WETZEL
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR, IBB BETEILIGUNGSGESELLSCHAFT MBH

Mischa Wetzel is Investment Director and Head of Creative Industries at IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft, a 100% subsidiary of Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB). Founded in 1997, the VC firm has €252 million under management and invests into start-ups based in Berlin. Notable exits include mobile navigation software company gate5 (acquired by Nokia) and personalized Internet radio service provider AUPEO! (acquired by Panasonic). The investments are increasingly provided in consortia with international co-investors. Mischa Wetzel is a passionate investor with an entrepreneurial soul. He knows Berlin’s startup ecosystem like the back of his hand.


C.H. WU
VICE PRESIDENT OF INTELLIGENT SERVICES GROUP, ADVANTECH

C.H. Wu acquired a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NTU, Taiwan, followed by an MS in Electrical Engineering, with a major in Digital Signal Processing, at the University of Rochester, NY, USA. His solid educational background powered him to high career achievements in major companies including IBM, Cisco, and Symantec before joining Advantech in 2012. C.H. started his career as a system engineer, handling key projects in IBM and later successfully achieved 110% of revenue goal after becoming a sales representative. During his 15 years in Cisco, C.H. worked his way from Account Manager, to Enterprise Regional Manager, SP (Service Provider) Regional Manager and Country Manager, to Ops Director, reaching over 100% quota achievements almost every year, in addition to being responsible for establishing, developing and marketing Cisco products/solutions, with measurements including top line and bottom line, and ensuring business health and growth.
C.H.’s rich working experience is essential to his job as the Vice President of iService Group in Advantech, responsible for iService Business Group including Product BU’s, HQ function and worldwide sales. He holds great vision for an even more brilliant future, leading the iService team to expand business thru sector-led initiatives in Healthcare, Logistics, and Retail, establishing a worldwide sales team, leveraging not only iService’s own sales force but also Embedded Computing and Embedded systems sales and AOnline collaboration and helping sales forces through marketing support and business development know-how.


JASON YANG
VICE PRESIDENT, SIEMENS HEALTHCARE LIMITED

Jason Yang is the Vice President of Siemens Healthcare Limited of Greater China. Siemens Healthineers is the pioneer of healthcare industry and providing its leading portfolio across the medical imaging and laboratory diagnostics business, and complementing it with new offerings such as management‐, consulting‐, and digital services, and further technologies in the growing therapeutic and molecular diagnostics market. Prior to taking the head of Siemens Healthcare Limited Taiwan, Jason Yang has served previously as Vice President of South Region in China. He received a Master degree of medical informatics of Taipei Medical University.

MISHA GOPAUL
CO-FOUNDER & CEO, FATMAP

Misha has nearly two decades of experience founding and running start-ups and is a strong believer in innovation and technology to improve the world. After leaving college he founded Fabric Technologies - the leading mid-market Cloud and Technology Managed Services Provider - which he grew to revenues of £15m and over 100 people before a successful exit in 2012. After a break following his passion for skiing and climbing he founded FATMAP where he is CEO. He also serves on the Board at Abide Financial, IT Lab and Workplace Fabric. He currently lives between his homes in London, UK and Chamonix, France. When he is not working he likes to climb, ski and ride his bike.  He is a Swiss Mountain Guide trainee and in 2015 he represented Great Britain at the Ski Mountaineering World Championships.


JEREMY LU
CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER, JARVISH INC.

Jeremy Lu is the Chairman & Founder of Jarvish Inc., a company that provides intelligent helmets are integrated with the machine learning and human intelligence. Jeremy Lu received a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Telecommunication from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Jeremy Lu was the deputy manager of the communication business section of Foxconn. Jeremy was also in charge of the product and business for innovative terminal equipment. Starting from the initial stage, he increased the annual revenue of the product lines for car navigation device and touch panel over 0.1 billion USD in three years. He also grasps major brands, retailers and telecommunication suppliers in Europe and America.


PHILIP MICHAELIDES
CO-FOUNDER & CTO, SENIC

Philip Michaelides is the Co-Founder and CTO of Berlin-based hardware startup Senic. Senic builds products that create seamless and natural interactions between humans and technology. Their first product 'Nuimo,' is a freely programmable controller for your computer and IoT devices. It has raised over $500,000 in crowdfunded pre-orders. Prior to founding Senic, Philip did research on diamond-based chips for quantum computers at Lawrence Berkeley National Labs. He then went to Audi to lead facility layout and factory design for manufacturing pre-series electric cars in Beijing. As CTO, Philip leads the engineering team at Senic to embed technology into surfaces and designed objects. Through using sensors, haptic feedback mechanisms and responsive surfaces, Senic has been redefining the common 'interface,' replacing the limited Graphic User Interfaces (GUIs) of the past with better 'Natural User Interfaces.'

Kow is the Director and co-Founder of Well Being Digital Limited; it is a company that is building the world’s largest suite of highly accurate Pre-Medical IoT devices through B2B2C Branded Products and having control of those Brands. Kow co-founded WBD101 with a vision that as semiconductors and sensors get smaller, more accurate and less power hungry; it would be possible to add such technologies into things that people wear on themselves so that they can have a better sense of their personal well-being and avoid later stages medical conditions such as heart, blood pressure or posture related injuries. Having lived and worked in Singapore, Taiwan, Texas and Hong Kong, he is well networked as in amongst the top 10% Linkedin networker, which serves towards the company’s goal to co-operate with different people of different domain knowledge such as in garment, medicine and fitness and to productize B2C products for those different domains.

Teet has been the driving force for the customer traction (over 120 industry companies in the pipeline), business strategy (customers in US, EU and Asia) and product development at coModule where the team is providing the tools of internet of things for the vehicle manufacturers. Prior to the position at coModule, Teet lead the development of first electric race car the Tallinn formula team had ever built. Teet was responsible for day-to-day management, operations, product development and fundraising. Team of 24 members co-lead by Teet took the stage win in Italy already the first season. Amongst 500 teams in the world, they became one of the top 5 teams. Teet has educational background from Mechanical Engineering (BSc) and Mechatronics (MSc) which has given wide theoretical knowledge in various engineering disciplines with skills and practical experience with different engineering tools.


ANDREAS SCHNEIDER

Andreas Schneider is Co-Founder and Managing Director at Vimcar, a Berlin-based startup that provides apps and services to fleet managers. He founded the company in 2013, directly after graduating from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland. Previously he was working with Otto Group, Payback and the German car manufacturer Audi.


ROBERT SCHULZE
CEO & FOUNDER, VILGARD MOTOR UG

Robert has completed a technical education as well as a business degree. Besides his study, he worked at the Fraunhofer institute for production systems and design technology in Berlin. After graduating, Robert started to work as a controller for an airline consolidator and got later on the project lead for an ERP system change at a US subsidiary. He lived and worked between Los Angeles, New York City and Berlin. Since then he was a project manager and continued to work in an international environment. As a passionate cyclist, Robert missed something between e-bike and car. He founded Vilgard Motor UG.


WILLIAM SU
CO-FOUNDER & CEO, CHASEWIND

William is a maker with enthusiasm, and a serious hackathon and innovation competitions winner. He dedicated in engineering research and development area since he graduated from National Chiao Tung University, NCTU. He worked in HTC and Intel innovation center before. He is Intel inventor, Microsoft certified professional, and the consultant of Interaction Design Association, IxDA. With his great curiosity to the technology and design, he experienced the broad range of developments from hardware, firmware, application, cloud, to UI/UX design. Now he leads a group of makers and hackers from Intel, and establishes ChaseWind to make the smart wind glasses for cycling. Try to make this world a little different.


GUIDE WANG
GENERAL MANAGER, OTHE TECHNOLOGY INC.

Guide Wang is an IC design engineer for more than 20 years. He was graduated from NCTU (National Chao Tung University) in Taiwan, and majored in Computer Science and Information Engineering(CSIE, 1994), EMBA(2014). Before he founded his own company, oTHE Technology Inc., he worked in ENE Technology Inc. It's shares price was up to NT$250/per share before he quitted. In oTHE company, he created his own CPU architecture (Single Instruction RISC CPU), and builds everything from zero. oTHE won 2014 APICTA Winner in security category, and 2015 APICTA Winner in healthcare category. He is the only one Winner in the world, who had won 2 APICTA Winner in two categories in two years. oTHE is the company invested by Taiwan National Development Fund, and created some investment records in the technology companies before making profits in Taiwan. Now, he is building an ECO system OHA (Open Healthcare App) to pursuit the mobile medical market in global. OHA will help companies to sale mobile medical devices globally, and changes the world medical industry in large-scale. He expects the medical industrial will be overturned by smartphone. People and government will get the benefits in that.
